You can flash this card to a 12Gbps HBA with IT firmware if you want. Other part numbers for this card are WDJRW, 5H1G0 and 6H1G0. These cards are tested and used in the 3rd generation PowerEdge R & T series servers such as R730 etc. Can you use these in Dell 1st and 2nd R & T series servers or newer generatinon server, or Non-Dell servers?
